Following the LRS AGM 23.01.12


The Leicester Radio Society would like to thank those that served on the committee 2011 and have now stood down...(Thanks' Guys).


We would also like to thank and welcome Steve (2E0SVT) to his position on the committee.


Also A BIG well done to Connor (Our youngest member to have passed his foundation) on being presented with the G5UM Trophy ((Well done Connor)See picture below).

Well done for sticking at it and well done on recieving your trophy. None more deserving!

It was good to see Conner collect the G5UM Trophy and good to see that he is already putting forward good suggestions for club activities. Well done Conner.

Also my thanks go to the membership for electing little old me onto the committee. I will do my best for LRS.

Remember that the Anual General Meeting is your chance to express your veiws on how your club will be run during the comming year so think about it now so you are prepared. It is no good saying nothing at the meetng and then complaing the committee are not doing what you want.SPEAK UP
