Well done to all this an event I have entered myself. Usually for the club at Home..
Unable to attend this year as busy doing some quality controls checks on Hobgoblin and Marstons Pedigree all weekend @ the Great British Folk Festival.
Anyway great to hear the club beinf represented on such a UK wide event. 73 Alex G8FCQ

Well big thanks for those who turned up today for the 144MHz contest, and thanks to Jeff for the cobs and rock cakes. over 6000 points earned, but yet to be fully confirmed..

Hi all, been active on air from 09:00 worked 36 contest stations so far, band conditions fair at the moment, some french and german stations heard, fair few portable operators active also.

listened but nothing heard, up till 11:35. Hope it went well for you, I just don't do contests or involve myself with them in any way, Other than listening as time allows to club events.
